Operating in Central Florida since 1989 Chef John and Jay have been throwing parties for corporations, sports teams, and individuals with an emphasis on local culinary techniques. The two have a real passion for food, entertainment and hospitality which is supported by the incredible staff of Fish on Fire. The business partners also operate Dancing Pigs Deli, Central Florida Foodworks and The STEER a pioneer steakhouse.
